- Not have been previously suspended or removed from our platforms
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
Registration on Mahaurban requires verification of your association with a registered Multi Dwelling Unit. If your number is not registered with any society, you may contact us at crm.mahaurban.com to initiate your society’s registration.
Registration on Mahaurban Marketplace requires a valid Indian mobile number. OTP-based authentication is used to verify your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you use the Product on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
5. Society Subscription and MDU Onboarding
A Multi Dwelling Unit must first subscribe to our Society Management Services before residents and members can access Mahaurban features. Subscription is governed by a separate Order Form and Subscription Agreement executed between the MDU (through its authorised representative) and Twor India.
Each MDU is entitled to one Mahaurban portal. Duplicate portals representing the same MDU will be deactivated, with the subscribed portal taking precedence. Internal disputes within an MDU regarding portal ownership must be resolved among the MDU’s own stakeholders; Twor India does not arbitrate such disputes.
Society Admin rights, including user approval, billing configuration, and data management, are held by the designated Super Admin of the MDU. Twor India is not responsible for any decisions made by the Society Admin in administering the portal.
